By buying or using RefinedPrompt products you agree to these terms.
The products
RefinedPrompt publishes a monthly issue: a digital download (PDF of AI images and their prompts, plus a CSV). You can buy the current issue once, or subscribe to the annual plan. Our payment processor handles checkout as merchant of record; the processor's terms also apply.
Single issues
A single issue is a one-time purchase. Each issue is sold only while it is the current issue; after that it is no longer offered for sale.
Annual plan and automatic renewal
The annual plan costs the yearly price shown at checkout and includes the issues published during your 12-month subscription period, starting with the current issue. Earlier issues are not included. The plan renews automatically every 12 months at the price shown at checkout, charged to the same payment method, until you cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from the customer portal linked in your receipt email, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep the issues you already received.
Taxes
Our payment processor acts as merchant of record and handles sales-tax/VAT calculation, collection and remittance where the law requires it. The total you see at checkout is the amount charged. This section describes how checkout works; it is not tax advice for your own situation.
Copyright and AI images
The images in each issue were created with AI image tools. You may use the prompts, and the images you generate, for personal and commercial projects, subject to your AI tool's own terms. We do not claim that AI output is free of third-party rights in every case, and we are not affiliated with any AI company. Please do not resell the issue files themselves.
License
You may use the prompts for personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files or their contents as a prompt collection.
AI results
AI tools are non-deterministic. We don't guarantee identical results. Your use of any AI tool is subject to that tool's own terms.
Liability
The products are provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
