Refund Policy

The rule

Full refund within 7 days of purchase only if no file was downloaded. Once any download has started or completed, we do not refund — for a single issue or for the annual plan. We check download records before issuing a refund through our payment processor.

Single issue

Email [email protected] within 7 days from the email you used at checkout, and only if you have not used the download link. If a download is recorded, the purchase is not refundable.

Annual plan

Same rule on the first payment and on each renewal: 7 days and zero downloads of any issue in that period. If you have downloaded any issue, the plan payment is not refundable. We do not give partial refunds for unused months. You can cancel at any time so the plan does not renew.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies.
